Xbox/MS might be willing to let them keep the IP.
However I think the mocap stuff they developed, will be kept by xbox/ms.
Which Ninja Theory have become dependent on.... so even if someone buys them,
and they get to keep the ip and finish Hellblade 3 (not sure how likely that is).... what happens next?
What if their biggest strength (the mocap and sound design stuff) is taken away by xbox/ms ?
Their storytelling and gameplay are not enough to carry them (or their sales would have been alot higher).
