What Are Some Of Your Favorite New IP (or Spin-Off Series) from the 2020s?

Just to kick off the thread: Stellar Blade, Mina the Hollower (assuming we see more of her in the future), and Expedition 33 are my top three picks. All do a masterful job for their respective genres as far as game quality is concerned, plus the designs and worlds they create a super fun and interesting.
