True, her persona doesn't trigger "bats...baseball bats" response, like some of CEO's that are currently in media, but, yeah, ultimately, her making right moves for XBOX is all that matters.

You're not wrong, anybody who has risen to become the boss of a global console business has likely had to be ruthless in order to get there.

On the other hand, maybe a little ambition and boldness is what Xbox needs to get out the rut its been stuck in for so long.

I'm waiting to see (if it really comes down to only being her decision) what she'll do for 1st party exclusivity - cause I think MS has huge first party appeal, if she can put their shit together...though it might not come as short term gains, but more of a long term strategy.
