You can never answer this question. Because if your assumption is correct, then it means no one's experienced reality before. Even your observation of hey, the games we make looks like "reality" is just within "the" simulation.
Even though the real world have many properties that are similar to the computer codes and video games that we make. It may just be because humans taking what they experience in the real world and copying it in computer codes and video games.
