Not sure how many of you saw my McDonald’s rant yesterday lol but I’m a curious person and always love to dabble around in experimentation. Being that I’m now doing super long hikes and building up some muscle, I’ve been more open than before to grabbing a small portion of unhealthy food to give me that quick spike in glucose prior to hard exercise. Not doing this every day but maybe once per month.
That said: I’ve already got the McGriddle and Taco Bell’s breakfast crunchwrap on my sights. I feel like I wont like either LOL but y’know what? Doesn’t hurt to take two bites and throw it away, just like I did with that awful McDonald’s hashbrown yesterday.
