I don't know what the rumours are but I wouldn't go by a demo to judge how close to release a game is.

My instinct is that theres no release year because 2027 isn't guaranteed.

Beyond finalising it's own development if Intergalactic is ends up being a fall 2027 title and this is also supposed to be a fall title, I think Sony would change this games window to Q1 2028 and the team would low-key rejoice for a extra bit of polish and a little less crunch.

Personally hoping Intergalactic is Summer and GOW November. 

Maybe there's an actual smaller trailer for SGF that is a date reveal trailer. Cause, why not?
