Price is less important. It more depends on if I percieve value in the catalogue. If it's nothing more than one big first-party console exclusive every year, then I'll just stick with NS2/PC. I think PS6 could be good value for those without a PC... but if you've already got a PC that's capable of running all the second-/third-party releases at or above PS6, then there's really no point in owning the system unless the first-party exclusvies are exceptionally strong.
That said: If the library is strong, then I could see myself paying as much as $1,200USD (on a second-hand system if need be). Otherwise I'd say $700USD is my ceiling.
