BVM A20F1U Multiformat Monitor

Paid almost $3000 for it, $400 shipping included. Yes it was worth it. Anything 480p looks fantastic on it including Dreamcast, Gamecube (With GCDual to force 480p on all games), PS2, and DVDs. Handdrawn Anime in particular looks otherworldly on it. A lot of lightning and battle effects just don't translate well from old-school anime to modern TVs. PS3 and 360 also look amazing on it. The phosphor glow of a CRT is basically free anti-aliasing. It has around 900 TV Lines which really sharpens the image over the typical 450 TV Lines of a consumer set. This bad-boy was engineered to run continuously for hundreds of thousands of hours in a TV station or movie studio. The colors are superior to all but the most expensive OLED TVs of today. The only set better than this would be a PC Monitor in good condition but those have phosphors that wear out quicker and caps that weren't made to last.
