Well, I guess today’s the day I decide to finally begin a thread over a topic that's long been of interest to me— all instances where the internet is outraged over something and I just can't understand why. Opening this thread is none other than Sony, specifically with their newly enforced “Initial 30 Day DRM Check”.

As I see it, this DRM check is done only one time within the first 30 days of purchasing digital product through the PS Store. The target is those who exploit a loophole in the refund policy which allow for games to be refunded beyond the window permitted by Sony.

Is this correct? Or am I missing something? If so, then... what's with all the outrage?
