When things are removed from subscriptions like this I always wonder what the legal rights are. Like people can pay in advance for GP up to 3 years, expecting CoD, and now no longer get CoD lol.

Especially crappy if they stacked paying the higher price lmao. Because now they get the same service as the new lower price.

I hope people didn't stack it to the max at 3 years at the $30 price tag. I just checked and at least for me my Game Pass Ultimate still runs out on the same date as before - September 8, 2028. Though, I had it maxed out thanks to Microsoft Rewards BEFORE the $30 price tag.

Overall, I think this is a good move. Microsoft has more data than we have and they probably saw the lost revenue from CoD day one and the number of people unsubbing when they increased it to $30 a month was not worth it.

This is as long as they keep every other game day one on Ultimate and it is ONLY Call of Duty removed. I guess the big test for this would be Elder Scrolls 6.
