Most of the bad press came from two years ago. It is now being considered a flawed, yet decent game

 

I suppose you played and finished it then. I think the game will surprise. Because the hype isnt that big, and from what I see it has good combat for a pretty deep RPG side and an awesome story. What more could you want.
