yep, good interpretation. I saw the foreground as how Trump wants us to see him: as a benevolent leader who does the right thing for America. The background however, has souls soaring to Jesus next to American flags, perhaps they are the souls of people flying upwards after losing their lives in Trump’s useless Iran conflict.
