The whole memory situation os f*cked up, as the video Jizz posted a couple days ago shows.
And yeah, the shelves are full not because there isn't a shortage, but because there is not enough demand at those prices. That RAM will stay there for a while until Microcenter, and the other stores, realize that they can't seel them, and then they'll have to lower the price and maybe eat some loses to move that inventory out.
