Now, now, there's no need to go that far.
After all, they like AMD enough to partner with them for the Steam Deck and now for the future (new) Steam Machine. Amd they chose AMD despite having other options, like Intel or a combination of Nvidia+ARM, like Nintendo.
Apathy or disdain are far more likely, or maybe even just plain incompetence, who knows.
