Well the ps6 will be a ps5 pro pro.  It will have a more ram, better cpu and better gpu.  The ps5 was more powerful and more expensive than the ps4 pro...  why wouldn't the ps6 follow suit?

Because $1000 is too expensive for a mass market product. They can't possibly replicate PS5's success with that model. $1000 is an enthusiast device.
