OpenAI claims to be repurposing their Sora compute for world models but I wouldn't be surprised if it's being used for Codex instead. Anthropic's enterprise revenue is skyrocketing and their gigawatt Amazon Carlisle datacenter is operational, while MS's Stargate is lingering behind.
