 The texture packages can be game changing.  Plus if offers high fps mode.  Majora's Mask is stunning with the HD texture pack.  Star Fox 64 plays at 120 fps.  Despite the upgrades, it plays as intended.

Lol, no. Vastly changing the graphics of the game is  not "playing as intended".
