I mean I don't think there is any ethical consumption under capitalism and people shouldn't have to live ascetic lives because of that fact.
But game-products are luxury goods, and there are alternative ways to play games without endorsing things one strongly feels are unethical.
Every dollar that goes to Nintendo for the SW2 endorses Nintendo's decision to embrace DLSS somewhat, and has some profit for Nvidia as well.
The SW3 is almost certainly going to go in further on neural-rendering because it suits Nintendo's philosophy of having low power consumption systems, while allowing them to keep up on 3rd party support. Plus Nintendo has a strong relationship with Nvidia.
