An update on Capcom's involvement in this.
Developers and artists from Ubisoft and Capcom that spoke with Insider Gaming told them they had no idea about DLSS5 until the public found out.

Unclear how many they spoke to, and what exact role they had, but I'm sure we will be hearing from more and more devs from these companies over the coming weeks, as I've seen several journalists ask devs from these companies to reach out to then.
