That is, if the GPUs from AMD and Intel support the new feature, otherwise it'll only be Nvidia PC gamers (who are still the majority).

Looks like both Nvidia with 4000 series and higher and Intel with B series has full support for it. Radeon seems to support the API but not the actual reordering which is weird.
