Trump is back to punishing Minnesota.
JD Vance is in charge of taking care of fraud, and is cutting Medicaid payments to those in Minnesota due to some Somali immigrants being charged. This sounds like he's getting back at Minnesota for whatever the governor said a while ago to piss trump off. Of course, Vance is doing this under Trump's direction, who is the real problem.
