No way to do a 180 at this point. Maybe go back to releasing games on Xbox and PC first then waiting a year or 2 before launching on PS and Nintendo.
Other issue is the price of Xbox. Series X is more expensive than PS5 despite being similar in power. Series S is barely less than PS5 despite how much weaker it is. Lack of holiday deals and what feels like zero marketing.
If they want Xbox consoles to remain somewhat relevant they need a next-gen console priced at $500 or lower. Even if they also release a more powerful console that's $800+. Of course this depends on how much Microsoft is willing to lose per console and the memory prices.
