No, relationships should not start in Seventh Grade.

When you're in Seventh Grade, you begin to learn about a mysterious concept called responsibilty.

You begin to get a lot of schoolwork. You also have extra-curricular activities and sports. This alone sucks up enourmous amounts of time.

You can not handle a relationship in Seventh Grade with this. You do not how to juggle all of these things carefully enough.

A relationship takes priority over everything else when you're in Seventh Grade. Your hormones are exceptionally wild then, and you follow what they are telling you, not your mind. It can damage your schoolwork which causes your grades to slip.

And also, you're 12 then!

 

 

So if you met a girl that you like and become in love with you will say 'no I am not ready for it' when she asks for a date?

Well schoolwork will their will be always and even more when you are in higher grades,  Do you really think that adults have so much time for it :s?
