It feels like next gen might be one of the worst generations in terms of gaming. Xbox may as well be dead, Playstation and Nintendo are in different markets so god knows how the ps6 is gonna be priced. PC gaming is under all kinds of shat and it feels like if it's not one thing, there's always another to goof it up. From Crypto boom to Ai boom to memory shortage. It's like a never ending assault onto PC gaming.
Then you have this industry wide GaaS fetish with endless flops. And because so much money and time is going into these GaaS flops, it means that single player games are being sacrificed. There have certainly been bangers this gen for sure but hot dang, my interest in gaming is at an all time low.
