Even if they are, you're not obligated to purchase their software, so why does it really matter? There are a lot of people, kids like Soriku, that were NOT EVEN BORN when some of their releases came out. It's a chance for younger gamers and even older gamers such as myself to get a shot at some of the mega RPGs of the oldschool era.
