It never crossed my mind for Firesprite to make UD2 or any game of that kind but just today they posted open roles for gameplay designers (contracts of 12 months) and the descriptions says "narrative adventure game". As far as I remember this is the first time they say what kind of game it is other than using "dark" and "horror" to describe it. I think you are into something.
Huh idk how I feel about that lol, I know games like Detroit Human (btw the actor of that game already tweeted about this SoP) are super popular and I enjoyed UD on ps4 but I'm not crazy about those kind of games.
Realistically I think they are going to end the show with Fairgames but if I go a little crazy I think they could end the show with the small GOW game and it will release in the first half of the year. There's also the rumor that Santa Monica release target for Cory's game is closer than we think. If they close with Cory's game that would be awesome.
