The talk between Iran and the US ended in Oman on Friday without any consensus on Donald Trump’s conditions over Iran’s nuclear and ballistic missile programmes. According to the Wall Street Journal, Iran refused to agree with the US condition on not enriching uranium. This followed a warning by the US government to its citizens in Iran as it asked them to leave the Islamic Republic immediately. CAMPAIGN TO SHUTDOWN NAKBA EXHIBIT AT CANADIAN HUMAN RIGHTS MUSEUM FAILS
A historic event is to take place in Winnipeg, Manitoba in June 2026. For the first time, a national human rights museum will have a Nakba exhibit showcasing the ethnic cleansing and dispossession of Palestinians from their lands and homes. There is a campaign underway to have it cancelled by pro-Israeli groups in Canada. So far, they have failed to do so. Palestinian-Canadian, Rana Abdullah, was instrumental in bringing this exhibit to fruition.
