Israeli military attacks continue across Gaza
The Israeli army has struck a makeshift tent in al-Mawasi, one of the most densely populated areas, which was classified by the Israeli military as a so-called safe zone. We’ve got reports from hospitals that five Palestinians have been wounded.
This follows Israel’s claims that one of its soldiers was wounded in an attack in northern Gaza. That is playing a part in these Israeli violations of the ceasefire deal, where at least 18 Palestinians have been killed in attacks since midnight. The Israeli military has been employing heavy artillery to attack residential areas that are adjacent to the yellow demarcation line in the Tuffah and Zeitoun neighbourhoods.
