They won't and can't force anything. At first, the cabinet will probably try gentle persuasion. If that doesn't succeed then they may show resistance and help him less. Trump's assistants give him a ton of help which has kept him from looking much worse. The cabinet may get the assistants and to stop being as effective as they are until trump gets the message.
They probably won't do anything until this gets too bad to bear, and that may be some months from now but it is coming.
