Which is still:
* 10~ million more hardware units than the original Xbox.
* 12~ million more hardware units than the Gamecube.
* 20~ million more hardware units than the WiiU.
* 4~ million more hardware units than the Sega Genesis.
* 24~ million more hardware units than the Sega Master System.
* 25~ million more hardware units than either the Sega Saturn or Sega Dreamcast.

Microsoft can still justify the release of a next-generation console, although, bets are they will delay that release due to the RAM/NAND price rises and shortages.
