Responding to OP: Majora’s Mask, Sonic Adventure 2, and (maybe a tad bit controversially) Tears of the Kingdom. One could also make a strong case for Tropical Freeze.

I hate to be that guy but.. all those games you listed are not the 2nd games in their franchises. Lol

Ah I misunderstood your question for sequels— in that case: Sonic 2, Super Smash Bros Melee, and Pikmin 2.
