Brazilian here. This is a pretty difficult task, giving how extremely diverse my country is. Any choice could sound too niche, regional and/or steryotipical. But I actually came up with great pick: A Grande Família (The Big Family), from Dudu Nobre.

Being a Samba song, one could say it is too much Rio-like, but it is a more modern Samba, with traits of Pagode, which, in my opinion, makes it more broad representative for the brazilians. It has a happy tune to it, which is something that we brazilians are known for, and I agree with this stereotype. We are usually a happy nation, despite the problems we have in our society. One may not be, but here, people value being extrovertid, happy and talktive, which, again, are things that this song invoke. Also, the song is played with popular instruments, like guitar, cavaquinho, bandolim, pandeiro and flute
The lyrics describe a family with people who "are very united but bicker a lot", "bicker for any reason but end up forgiving each other". In general, we have strong bonds with our family and family gathering is common. As for the "bickering" part, it alludes to small conflicts that may happen here and there but are not serious in general, like siblings fighting for some stupid thing or such, or an annoying uncle/aunt who is can be a little inconvinent sometimes. My favorite part of the song is the chorus because repeating the word "pirraça" and "catuca" in this melody sounds really fun, as well as the word "pirraçar", a case of neologism:

I also like the ending. It is like a conversation about the family members, on a dinner table during a family gathering.
"Uma tem medo de barata, o outro tem medo de ladrão.
A filha só pensa no namorado.. Hey, hey cumpadi, não fala de boca cheia na mesa!"
(One is afraid of cockroaches, the other is afraid of robbers.
The daughter only thinks about his boyfriend.. Hey, hey cumpadi (something like bro), don't talk with your mouth full on the (dinner) table!).
This song was created to be the theme song of a sitcom also called A Grande Família, that intended to depict an ordinary and common brazilian familly and all the antics that happens among them. The sitcom was very popular here and spanned for more than a decade on the TV, which also helps it to be a song that would represent Brazil.
