Don't be fooled. This is just CEOs saying that they are in the early stages of transforming the work-place to revolve around AI. Nothing is changing, it's just starting to ramp up.
"Nearly three-quarters expect it to significantly boost profitability over the next 12 months, despite the fact that most haven't seen meaningful gains so far."
That's the line that matters the most. If anything, a lot of the blame seems to be directed at employees for not adapting to AI integration fast enough.
