Paul makes a great point. The United States under Trump has used its intelligence gathering for Ukraine in order to use that to leverage pushing them towards a peace deal or what have you. However, now that France is providing this to Ukraine, it gives the same thing to Ukraine without the cost of having to make peace with fuggin Putin.
