These bruises on his hands are probably from an alzheimers type of drug that he has to get injected into a vein in his hand. This treatment won't be able to be used forever, because the bruising indicates damage to the hands and blood vessels. When you take fluid out, like you're doing a blood test or what have you, it's not damaging. However, vessels aren't built for withstanding the pressure of fluid coming in, and when this is done on a regular basis, it ends up harming them. This will cause problems over the long term and it won't be a solution that he utilize forever. When that happens, Trump will feel an emotional collapse as he doesn't have anything to mask the encroaching dementia and he won't be able to do anything about it.
This is going to happen to most of us, but Trump is so evil and in such a high position that it's a good thing that this continues so i'll continue in writing about it.
