I think I have the settings set correctly (it's much better than it was at some point), but it's the combination of the actual boot time and how long it takes for all the apps to start that adds up when using sleep mode as often as I do. Yea that's fair. When I had my macbook pro, I never shut it down cause the sleep mode was so nice. Same with the steam deck. But I always had problems with Windows and sleep so I said f it. Either it's turning off or always running. It's dumb that MS still can't get it right tho after so many years.
