When I shut it down from the power button and powered it up again, it would take a while and then resume from hibernation, as if it had been sleep mode all along. I'm sorry to hear that. I'd love to help but, when it comes to troubleshooting on PC, I'm usually on the side of looking for help, not giving it.

Perfectly understandable. We do this because we want, not because we have to, and sometimes there are other (better) things to do.

In my case, because my family is half Spanish and half Catalan (part of Spain, yes, but with some cultural differences), I'll spend three days this week eating a lot, and I won't be around neither Thursday nor Friday.

Just use this time to have fun.
