I hope you don’t mind me commenting, but it is very upsetting to see how badly religion has hurt you, shavenferret. :( As somebody who was saved by God, brought out of a world of heavy grief and pain, I pray that you may someday come to know God and understand those who kill in the name of God the Father (whether that be via burning at the stake like those in Salem) are not in Christ Jesus, but their father is another entity.
Again, I really hope it’s okay for me to comment this. My heart just aches seeing this thread too much not to say something. Mankind is evil. Don’t let the evil of man pervert the righteous agapē (love) of God.
