Not sure what DF were really assessing, best tech or best art, but it seems to me (given the games in the video) they used both criteria, and if that's so, anyone that talks about best visuals in 2025 (that includes TGA) and does not include The Midnight Walk as one of the options is, IMO, automatically disqualifying themselves from the conversation.
