It's not 2007 anymore. What online features do Xbox have that PS do not?

Same question, but for Nintendo. It's a legit question, because I don't have consoles from Sony or MS. Is Nintendo is really so far behind the other two still? And is their internet still bad? I don't play a lot of online games, but I have been playing Z-A with zero problems so far. I know Smash 4 and Ultimate have problems, but those games are old now, I now their internet was bad back then.

Only game I've played online on Switch 2 is MKW. It did disconnect a couple of times in races but that could have been a game bug near launch rather than a connectivity issue. Though Nintendo do use P2P for all of their games rather than using dedicated servers, which means there's more likely to be stability issues.

Nintendo is behind on social stuff too, afaik it's still not possible to just send a message to your friends on Switch 2. They finally got party chat with Switch 2's game chat but that's something Xbox has had since 2008.

Switch 2 is better, but it'll be hard to shake the reputation they built over the past 20 years, especially when the insanity of having to use your phone for voice chat on switch 1 is still a recent memory.
