The hardware itself is good.
The OS and Controller aren't as good as the PS5's imo.
(I don't own one, only tried it at friends house)

I don't think you can blame the bad sales on the hardware itself.
Ei. newer, stronger hardware won't fix anything, because the issues xbox is having aren't from its hardware.
