Picked up Alan Wake 2 ultimate edition during the sales. Going to play through Alan Wake again first though.

Loved control but I've not given Alan Wake a go. I'm a wuss and hate jumpscares and Alan Wake 2 is more of that than Control, which didn't have that at all really, from what I understand.

I'm the same way. I love the RE games and wish I could get into them but I just can't they are to scary. On top of having some monster that constantly chases me and I can't kill it. 

Alan Wake 2 was very close to being that for me but I was able to make it through the game. Alan Wake 1 isn't scary at all.
