I can’t comment too much on this as I genuinely don’t know where to stand. I believe that the law as written in Scripture should not depart from the mouth of a believer (Joshua 1:8), for we are not to be slaves to the law (see Galatians). However… throughout the Pauline epistles, it appears that followers are sometimes commanded to reprimand/dissociate with *followers* (note: we are not commanded to dissociate with sinful non-followers…as far as I’m aware.) who engage in certain sinful behaviors, one of which being engagement with sexual sin. Now whether homosexuality or LGBTQ+ would be considered sexual immortality worthy of this communal condemnation? I’m not informed enough to say.
In any case: God commanded us to act in an agapē manner toward others. If a sin hinders your ability to serve others in this self-sacrificing way, then you may want to take this sin to God.
