I felt like I was going anorexic, my body was ridiculously skinny in the mirror. Then I got on the scale and I was still 80kg, much to my surprise. I don't fully understand it. But then I was eating a lot for my birthday and thanksgiving and such and I gained another 5kg in a week. Now at 85kg in an almost instant, while I don't feel fat, I definitely feel the extra weight on my body.

It doesn't feel great, so I will probably cut soon. I have high blood pressure too, but I am hoping they were all false readings and I was just dehydrated each time.

TLDR: Need to eat better, exercise more.
