There's very good reason: they neither develop nor publish either of these titles.
A PS5 release of Destiny Rising cuts directly into their Destiny 2 user base, just like NCSoft's Horizon will cut directly into their own Horizon MP user base.
That's a self-inflicted wound if the game Sony themselves developed/ published got cannibalised by what they licensed out (since they won't be the ones financially incentivised).
Their internal games need to survive and do well.
Granted the only real benefit here is that NCSoft's Horizon might not release until 2027, so a PS5 port may not happen till end 2027 or 2028. GG's Horizon MP game should be out before that happens.
