One of the most precise signals is phonetic paraphasia (apart from meandering walk patterns of his right leg) which is increasingly showing during his babbling speeches (using speeches as a generous word). This is a sign that the medications he takes against dementia are losing their efficiency (these medications can slow down dementia but at some point they simply no longer work).

So I'm sure that by end of 2026, we will no longer see any speeches by DT as his moments of clarity diminish to random periods which obviously is not helpful when working in plain sight of cameras (and boy does he love cameras). By end of 2027, he will no longer be able to understand what is going on 99% of the time and he would no longer be "presentable". He will most likely not make it to the end of his term.

The problem is not Trump or the visible people around him. You see the dummies like JDV, Noem, Kennedy etc that are just low iq persons that the people with the real power use at their will. Stephen Miller probably is the most dangerous of that background gang.

Summed it up quite nicely, i think.  Now that i think about it, any 2026 speeches seem more and more doubtful.  

Also on what you said about the phonetic paraphasia stuff, that would fit in with what they are saying about him having frontotemporal dementia.  Looking at the case of Bruce Willis, it seems like his ability to use language was the first thing to go with him.  If so, then Trump will be having more flub ups to the point where  he won't be talking at all in the next 3 years or so.
