This sountrack is pretty much Yasunori Mitsuda level to me, and it's the only one that sounds better in the "Arranged" style. The violin gets me everytime man. And as much as I was disappointed by Ys 8, it also had some amazing music. My favorite being this: So good T_T |
Were you disappointed with Ys8 compared to previous entries in general (including the isometric and bump games) or just compared to the party based ones?
Oath and Origins are the series' peak for me but I'd say 8 is one of the better party based ones (I am partial to 7 because of the pacing and semi-set camera angle).
