New Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 Mod Unlocks Hidden Epic Graphics Settings

Modder “BabaBooey88” has released a new mod for Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 that unlocks the game’s hidden Epic graphics settings. This mod aims to make the game look much better. So, if you have a high-end GPU, you should definitely try it out.
Going into more details, this mod will enhance the game’s reflections, shadows, and GI. Not only that, but it will improve the aliased Sun Shafts. That was one of my big issues with Bloodlines 2. Thanks to this mod, though, God Rays are more detailed. Moreover, the mod can completely remove the vignette and chromatic aberration effects.
The downside is that this mod will, obviously, increase the game’s GPU requirements. That’s why I only recommend it to those who have a high-end GPU.
I’ve tried the mod, and I can confirm it fixes most of the Lumen visual problems I mentioned in my PC Performance Analysis. Reflections are much smoother now and not as noisy as before. The lighting glitches from Lumen are also greatly reduced. Plus, if you use the higher Rendering Quality Control settings, you can remove the jagged edges on the God Rays.
In short, this is a must-have for those who want a better image quality. As I wrote in my PC Performance Analysis, I can understand why the devs have hidden these settings. Still, it’s good to have a mod that can unlock them.
