EGM: GTA IV DLC To Reveal New Biker Character

LOL class. Anyways, is this relevant anymore? I mean, isn't this supposed to come out in January, by then, most ppl would already have forgotten about GTA IV. Im pretty sure that if it were to come out on August, it would have done damage, but in January, not so much.
