I think I will join team Doom 3 defenders, love that game. Fantastic atmosphere and gameplay. I enjoy the slower pace, it does pick up at the end becoming like a traditional Doom, but the whole experience is cool.
Then I want to highlight Resident Evil 3 Remake. I understand it cut a lot from the original, it is quite short, and maybe a little disappointing after RE2 remake. That being said I have had so much fun playing RE3 remake. I think it nails the mechanics 100 %, that dodge mechanic makes the gameplay so engaging. The level design is quite good and it has a fun atmosphere. I would even pick the game over Village, which I found kind of disappointing.
